Hi, I am Carlos
I dedicated 16 years to the U.S. Army — serving in uniform and later in civilian roles including U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and Fort Bragg Directorate of Emergency Services— where I learned that leadership under pressure reveals character faster than anything else.
I founded GLA because real leadership has never been more needed — or more rare. The world doesn't need more people in power. It needs more people worthy of it.
